What does the film do?
It takes a symphatic approach to an aspect of the lives of rodinary teens disgarding the concept of violent teddy boy sterotype. The teens are given space to express their frustrations and their aspirations.

It's almost a film essay rather than a documentry as it "sets out to show, not the whole truth but some ofaspects of the truth." Which makes the film successed in showing the strength and variety in the young people and the sense of comunity.
