I don't think number 4 is correct :/

Isn't it ... 猫は黒くて白いです

Because you're joining up adjectives you use the くて form

When writing わ by saying "watashi wa" or "Boku wa" It isn't shown as わ but as は "ha"

number 3 shouldn't be "猫わ黒いと白い" it should be "猫は黒いと白い"
