What is Jewish belief on the Messiah?
The messiah will: bring peace to humanity, bring exiles back to the promised land and restore the Temple. There is no reference to when the Messiah will come in the Torah, however Orthodox Jews believe the time of his coming has already been set.

What was God's covenant with Moses?
Moses was given the Torah and the 10 commandments. Moses lead the Jews out of slavery in Egypt. Only Moses spoke to God directly, experiencing the Shekinah on Mt. Sinai. The name Moses was given to him by God, meaning 'greatest teacher'.

Promised land, promised descendants, promised blessings. The mark of this covenant was circumcision.

What is the Orthodox belief of resurrection?
Orthodox Jews believe in a physical resurrection. Some believe you will be resurrected as another person when you die. Others believe only the righteous will be resurrected. Others believe in the physical resurrection during the Messianic era.

What is the Reform belief of resurrection?
Reform Jews do not believe in physical resurrection. Most reform Jews believe that the soul lives on but the body doesn't return. They believe that people live on in the memories of those they knew, through the good deeds they carried out in life.
