When, where, why and how did Judaism begin?
Judaism began in 2000b.c, in Israel.

Shema means hear. The prayer is recited daily and at important times like birth and death.

Jews do not work on the Sabbath, because it means to rest (on the seventh day god rested). It begins at sunset on Friday and lasts 25 hours.

A prophet is a person regarded as a teacher of the will of god. Abraham and Moses are important because they brought the Hebrew together.

jews don't draw or depict god, they believe he has all power and he is everywhere. he is the creator.

Jonahs message was that you should not flee from your responsibilities. Josephs was that you should forgive and forget.

they mean that God will give you another chance if you try hard enough.

on Rosh Hashanah jews treat God as a king. They eat anything sweet and apologise to anyone they've been mean to in the past year, otherwise they get written in the book of life.. they give to charity. they wear white.

What are the pilgrim festivals of Pesach (Passover), and Sukkot, how are they connected to the story of Moses and how are they celebrated today?
passover is to remember Moses releasing the Israelites. Sukkoth reminds them of being trapped in the desert.

The Torah is the 5 books of Moses. Its important because it show Jews how God wants them to behave.

they show jew that they should treat others respectfully.

How does following the Torah influence Jewish life (e.g. food laws) and do all Jews keep the laws (Mitzvoth) in the same way?
It means you can't do anything on the weekend, it means you can only eat certain foods. Orthodox keep all the laws, but reform keep only the ones that are still relevant In the modern world.

How is the Torah Scroll written and treated and how do Jews show respect for the Torah?
The torah is handwritten in Hebrew. it is copied exactly. you cannot touch it and it is kept in a mantle.
