Sorry to be so anal but the civil rights bill was first introduced by President John F. Kennedy in his civil rights speech of June 11, 1963. However, the actual bill was sent to congress on June 19 of the same year.

Also, in 1963, Kennedy proposed a tax reform which included income tax cuts, but this was not passed by Congress until 1964, after his death.

Great quiz though, really helps to test and reinforce all the facts on the "new frontier" section of the edexcel syllabus, thank you!!

i just find learning all these dates quite difficult, i get them all mixed up :/ can someone suggest to me how i should learn these dates?
