What did the Parliament Act of 1911 do to the HR campaign?
It prevented the House of Lords from delaying Bills that passed the Commons by more than 2 years. This meant that when the 3rd HR Bill passed the Commons in 1912 but failed in the Lords it could only be delayed for 2 years.
