What are the two types of dendritic cells? (and the other type?)
Follicular and interdigitating and Langerhans cells of the skina nd mucosa

What do FDCs do?
Present antigen to B cells.

Are FDCs professional antigen presenting cells?
No, they only have MHC class I.

Where are FDCs?
Predominantly in germinal centers in secondary lymphoid tissues

What do interdigitating dendritic cells do?
Present antigen to T cells. They have MHC class I&II

Where are the IDCs?
Sit in the tissues and they become veiled cells and move to the lymphnodes where they present antigen to the T cell receptors. Present in both primary and secondary lymphoid tissue.
