Legacy Systems
An existing system that is likely to have been used for many years. They are usually never replaced because, it would be too expensive, disruptive and would not improve the current system.

Decision support systems
converts raw data into information that can be used to make high quality decisions and identify problems. A DSS is an interactive application that can provide him with information in a form that makes the process of decision-making easier.

E-commerce system
Removes the possibility of double booking and means fewer staff is needed. Offers a wider pool of customers but postage needs to be paid.
