Caused by: making small, repeated movements. For example, typing on a keyboard/phone.

Aches and pains in the hands, wrists, arms and neck.

How can RSI be prevented?
Adjusting the chair accordingly; work area should not be cluttered; ergonomic keyboard/mouse; use of wrist rests; keeping wrists straight when typing.

How is eye strain caused?
Caused by: using the screen for long periods of time; glare from the screen; poor lighting conditions.

What are the symptoms of eye strain?
Headaches, dizziness, sore/tired.irritated eyes.

How can eye strain be prevented?
Making sure the screen is clear of dirt; making the size of the text readable; having appropriate lighting; avoiding glare off the screen by using blinds; taking regular breaks; regular eye tests; sit an appropriate distance away from the screen.

Caused from: a difficult-to-use ICT system; too much work/heavy work-load; change in technology/software; loss of work; viruses; and technical problems.
