17 of 26
What is the Process of Blood Bar Coding?
1. Blood is Collected, Screened, Identified. 2.Data is stored on a database that matches up with the bar code on the bag.3. Stored in Blood Bank. 4. The blood when required is sent to the Hospital 5. Before patient BarCodes on the patient are matched

What are the Positives to Blood Bar Coding?
Can track a patient / donor if given bad blood (CJD, hepatitis, cross contamination). Better stock control of the blood. Makes sure patient gets the right type.Infected blood given to a patient now able to track source, who else had the blood.

21 of 26
Explain Knowledge Base?
Knowledge base are the facts and judgmental knowledge that is gathered from the human experts and stored. This allows the system to make a good guess like a human expert.
