Why is e-waste a massive problem?
The waste contains toxic chemicals such as lead, arsenic and cadmium, which leach into the soil and contaminate the drinking water.

The building have computer controlled environment systems in place such as air conditioning, automatic window openers, sun screens, solar panels, energy monitoring displays, low energy LED lighting controls, water conservation systems.
