Light is an electromagnetic wave with a wavelength and frequency. It can be calculated with the equation: Speed of Light=Wavelength*Frequency

Light is a stream of packages of energy, photons. Energy of photon=Plancks constant*Frequency

Summerise Bohr's theory
Electrons become excited when they are energised. This causes them to move up an energy shell. They then loose energy and move back. This emittes energy at specific frequencies.
