The process which keeps everything as conatant as possible in your internal enviroment, control of the conditions involves your nervous system & hormones

Thermoregulatory centre
An area in the brain which acts as your own personal thermostat. It measures blood temperature and skin temprature.

This is the mechanism by which levels of substances eg water or sugar are brought back to normal if they get too high ot low

These are the groups of cells which detect any changes in our enviroment

These are organs or muscles which respond to a stimulus
