Any baron who disobeyed the law (act of livery & maintenance) was brought to london. This court was made of members of the King's council. Barons who were found guilty were heavily fined.

set up in 1483 by Richard 3rd. Poor people could take their complaints here. Henry thought that a court where the poor could get legal help was a good idea.
