crime on property , increased in 18th century , Black act in 1724 and it was abolished in 1823

What was transportation ?
it started in 1610 and you would have to do hard labour for 7 - 14years . in 1776 you would be transported to australia instead of america and then it ended in 1868

what was smuggling ?
crime against property that was hard to stop because of the big coastline . it was sold on the hawkhurst gang and it was declined in 1850 because of reduced taxes
