contains all 7 nutrients in the right amount

what is cholesterol?
A substance made in your liver and its carried around your body in your blood. Its needed to make the membranes of body cells, your sex hormones and the hormone that helps your body deal with stress. without cholesterol we wouldn't survive.

its the rate at which the chemical reactions in the body cells take place. it the rate at which your body burns calories.
