What is health and well-being?
It is the term used to discuss an individuals complete state of health including physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual and financial.

Increased muscle strength, stronger bones, increased cardiovascular fitness, increased fitness and lose weight/weight control.

Decision making skills, logic, improved memory, problem solving and concentration.

Happiness, increased self-esteem, confidence, feelings of control over own life and a sense of purpose.

Weight gain, loss of fitness, obesity and ill health.

Good diet, gym membership, walking.
