Latrogenesis
'Doctor-caused illness'; when a patient is injured beyond their original injury at the fault of medical intervention

A persons subjective experience of symptoms of ill health.

Life Expectancy
The number of years a person can expect to live on average in a given population or social group

Master Status
A label or status that overrides all others - the noticeable status is the main thing used for people to percieve your identity.

The act of turning behaviours and natural processes into medical conditions, e.g childbirth
