They will re inspect them within 15 months of publication of their last full inspection report.

What is physical quadriplegia?
A physical disability is a limitation on a persons physical functioning, mobility, dexterity or stamina. Quadriplegia is a form of paralysis.

What are the symptoms?
Not being able to move arms or legs, arms and legs being stiff, muscle spasms, floppy, numb, painful or tingly.

What equipment could be used?
Wheelchairs, braces to help get around, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and medicines.

What is Sensory- vision loss
Sensory is when one of your senses is no longer normal.

What aids are available?
Big button telephone, computer, community alarm, bright lighting, a long cane to help detect objects in their path, guide dogs and GPS devices.

What is cystic fibrosis?
An inherited condition that causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system, causing lung infections and problems digesting food.

What are the symptoms of cystic fibrosis?
Recurring chest infections, Wheezing, Coughing, Shortness of breath and damage to the airways, difficulty putting on weight and growing, jaundice (skin and eyes turn yellow), bowel obstruction in new born babies, diarrhoea and constipation.

What can Cystic Fibrosis also lead to?
It can lead to the development of diabetes, osteoporosis, infertility in males and liver problems.

What is Clinical Depression?
A state of intense sadness that disrupts the individuals ability to function in social settings and/or activities of daily life.

What are the symptoms of Clinical depression?
Changes in appetite and weight, lack of energy, loss of libido, disturbs sleep, feeling anxious, low self esteem, avoiding contact with your friends.
