What is the Vulnerable adults act? (POVA)
Protect those in care by banning those who have been proven to have harmed vulnerable people in their care.

What is the The Human Rights Act
It is divided into articles which set out the rights and are protected. To show that Everyone has the rights no matter what ethnicity, gender, age or class, and also gives them the right to seek redress if they believe rights have been infringed.

What is the childrens act?
Protect children who are at risk.Children have the right to be heard and wishes taken into consideration. Under the act the court can make an order that removes the child from the family or take other protective action.
