A cardiac arrest is when a person's heart stops pumping blood around their body and they stop breathing normally.

ventricular fibrillation (VF)- occurs when the electrical activity of the heart becomes so chaotic it stops pumping and begins to quiver/fibrillate.

What are the causes?
heart and circulatory disease-> extreme blood and fluid loss-> extreme body temp-> high or low blood potassium-> lack of oxygen-> punctured lung-> blood clot-> poisoning-> blood around the heart.

become unresponsive and lose consciousness-> no other signs of life-> turn grey-> shock the heart back

sudden collapse-> no pulse-> no breathing-> loss of consciousness-> fatigue, fainting, blackouts
