Cardiovascular fitness
The ability to exercise the entire body for a long period of time.

Muscular endurance
The ability to use voluntary muscles continuously without getting tired

The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance

Flexibility
The range of movement possible at a joint.

The percentage of body weight that is fat, muscle and bone.

Tests hand strength - take a hand grip dynamometer and squeeze tightly. repeat 3 times and take the best score.

Tests cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance in the leg - Run a course for 12 minute and measure how far they have run
