What is RAM?
RAM is volatile storage which contains currently used data and applications.

Central processing unit. Executes instructions and co-ordinates the other hardware.

Contains ALU and CU which executes instructions.

Local Area Network. Connects devices together with a small geographic location.

What are the different measures on Network Performace?
Bandwith (amount of data transfered per secdond), Latency (delay between the sending and recieving of data), Error Rate (amount of data not recieved as transmitted).

Describe a 'Client-server' network.
One central server. Gives access to files or hardware to clients.

Describe a 'Peer-to-Peer' Network.
Every device is potentially a server. Each device is connected to eachother rather than a central server.

Whats the difference between a Star and Mesh topology?
Star is where eachdevice is connected centrally, where as Mesh is where alldevices are connected together.
