Birth and Infancy (0-2 yrs)
Infants will grow rapidly and when they are 2 years old they will have reached half their adult height. when they are 1 year old they will have the ability to walk and when they are 2 they will have the ability to run

Early childhood(3-8 yrs)
They will grow at a steady pace and will continue to develop their strength and co-ordinaton

Adolescence (9-18 yrs)
At this age children will have growth spurts and will develop sexual characteristics during puberty

by this age young adults will reach the peak of their physical fitness

Middle adulthood (46-65 yrs)
the ageing process will start which will cause some loss in strength and stamina. females will enter the menopause.

Later adulthood (65+ yrs)
the ageing process will continue and people of this age will have a gradual loss of mobility. older adults will also experience a loss of height up to a few centimetres.
