What are demonstrative adjectives?
They are used instead of le/la/les to indicate a noun and they must agree with it. They are CE / CET / CETTE / CES - (m, m, f, mp and fp). They can mean this, that, these or those.

What are demonstrative pronouns?
They refer to a previously used noun in a sentence and are used so that the noun isn't repeated. They are CELUI / CELLE / CEUX / CELLES - (m, f, mp and fp). They can mean this one, that one, the one[s], these, or those.

Demonstrative pronouns can't stand alone. What is the first construction they are used in?
With the suffixes -ci (here) and -là (there): e.g. celle-ci ou celle-là?

What is the second construction that they can be used in?
In phrases that use prepositions, usually introduced by de: e.g. celui de la France ou celui du Canada ?

What is the third construction they can be used in?
When they are followed by a relative pronoun and a dependent clause: e.g. celui qui a menti sera puni (those who have lied will be punished)

What can demonstrative adjectives also be used with?
Like demonstrative pronouns, demonstrative adjectives can also be used with the suffixes -ci (here) and -là (there): e.g. ce prof-ci parle trop
