Legislation comes from the executive which is drawn from either house therefore Q2 is wrong. 

Moreover EU legislation does not, as such, overrule Parliamentary sovereignty as Parliament retains the right to leave the EU at any time. EU legislation could be said to overrule Parliamentary sovereignty de facto but legally Parliament remains sovereign regardless of EU laws. There I disagree with your answer to question 3 somewhat. 

Also following a vote of no confidence a general election is held to find out who the next leading party will be, so your answer to Q5 is also wrong.
