Define lawgiver.
A person who draws up laws and enforces them.

God creates laws so his creations can live harmoniously together.

"Thou shall not kill". Murder is obviously against the law in most places.

No.

He gives them chance after chance to repent and ask for forgiveness.

Give an example of God giving someone a chance to repent.
Saul in the Bible murders Christians. God intervenes and then Saul becomes a Christian himself, changing his name from Saul to Paul which signifies a new change in his life. Paul became St. Paul who performed miracles.

Fair judge.

Because he loves us.

What happened between the Egyptians and Israelites which shows God is a fair judge?
The Israelites were mistreated by the Egyptians. God passed judgement according to their evil. Then came the plaues of Egypt (Exodus 7:14). The Israelites didn't experience the plague because they were innocent.

What does Isaiah 33:22 state about God as a lawgiver and judge?
"The Lord God is our judge and lawgiver".
