Infiltration
This is the process of when the water hits the ground and soaks into the soil/earth.

A rock that can absorb amounts of water through cracks and joints.

Impermeable rocks
It is a rock that does not let water or any liquid pass through.

Aquifer
A permeable rock which store and transfers water. Useful when underlaid by the impermeable rock, to trap the water and allow it to be trapped.

This is a process when the liquid slowly through a filter.
