Destructive margin
Where two plates are moving towards each other. Where an oceanic plate is forced down into the mantle and destroyed. This often creates volcanoes and ocean trenches.

Constructive margin
Where two plates are moving away from each other. Magma rises from the mantle to fill the gap and cools, creating new crust.

Conservative margin
where two plates try to slide past each other slowly. Quite often, the two plates stick and pressure builds up; the release of this pressure creates a severe earthquake. There are no volcanic eruptions.

Tropical storms
develops when sea temperature is high. Warm moist air rises and condenses , huge amounts of energy are released and storms are powerful. Lose energy when they move over land or cooler waters cause energy from warm water is lost.
