Cystic Fibrosis
Inherited disease caused by a family gene. This gene controls the movement of salt and water in and out of our cells, so the lungs and digestive system become clogged with mucus, making it hard to breath and digest food.

It's a neurological condition (affects brain and nervous system) Characterised by a combination of involuntary noises and movements called tics.

Named after this French Doctor, who first described the syndrome and its symptoms in the 19th Century.

Hunington's Disease- Dr. George Hunington
First recognised as an inherited disorder in 1972; he wrote a paper called Chorea. A hereditary disease marked by degeneration of the brain cells and causing chorea and progressive dementia.
