Cystic Fibrosis
Cystic fibrosis is an inherited condition that causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. This causes lung infections and problems with digesting food. Symtoms are chest infections,wheezing, coughing, shortness of breath.

Brittle Bone Disease
Osteoporosis is a health condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break. It develops slowly over several years and is often only diagnosed when a fall or sudden impact causes a bone to break (fracture).

Phenylketonuria (PKU)
People with PKU can't break down the amino acid phenylalanine, which then builds up in the blood and brain. This can lead to brain damage.Treatment includes a special diet and regular blood tests.

Huntingtons's Disease
Huntington's disease is a condition that stops parts of the brain working properly over time. It's passed on (inherited) from a person's parents. It gets gradually worse over time and is usually fatal after a period of up to 20 years.

Klinefelter syndrome (sometimes called Klinefelter's, KS or XXY) is where boys and men are born with an extra X chromosome.Most boys and men will not be significantly affected and can live normal, healthy lives but are infertile.

People with colour vision deficiency find it difficult to identify and distinguish between certain colours.Most people with colour vision deficiency have difficulty distinguishing between shades of red, yellow and green.A colour vision test can tell.

Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
A severe form of muscular dystrophy caused by a genetic defect and usually affecting boys.Symtoms are walking on your toes,frequent falls and muscle cramps.
