What is the problem with having high levels of cholesterol?
It increases your risk of getting a heart disease and it can build up in your blood vessels or even block them.

Cholesterol is carried around your body by 2 types of lipoprotein:
LDLs (Low-density lipoproteins) - increase risk of heart problems. And HDLs (high-density lipoproteins) - reduce risk of heart disease.
