This is my first resource. I made this because i could never find a resource that covered the whole topic in easy to understand parts but also tested me on everything in detail . I hope you enjoy it.

1. what is the function of mitchondria

  • A jelly-like material that contains dissolved nutrients and salts and structures called organelles. It is where many of the chemical reactions happen.
  • Organelles that contains the enzymes for respiration, and where most energy is released in respiration.
  • Contains genetic material, including DNA, which controls the cell's activities.
  • Tiny structures where protein synthesis occurs

3. what is the function of the cell membrane

  • Organelles that contains the enzymes for respiration, and where most energy is released in respiration
  • Holds the cell together, separating the inside of the cell from the environment outside, controlling what can and cannot enter or leave the cell

4. what is the function of the cytoplasm

  • Tiny structures where protein synthesis occurs.
  • A permeable wall to some substances but not to others and so controls the movement of substances in and out of the cell.
