Describe the illinois agility test.
The illinois agility test is used to measure level of agility. The equipment needed is cones and stopwatch. The performer will warm up and then begin the test from the ground.

A 50m sprint is used to test speed. The equipment needed for it are cones and a stopwatch. The person will stretch and warm up and then begin the race

The 60sec push up test is used to measure muscle endurance and only requires a stop watch to do so

The illinois aglitiy test it used to measure a persons agility. A person may use this test as it is clear and simple to carry out as very little equipment is required because of this the performer can spend more time improvng than setting up the test
