What are the risks of having too many fats?
1) Pressure on organs (heart attacks) 2) obesity 3)strain on bones and joints 4) higher risk of diabetes 5) high LDL

What is cholesterol?
It is a waxy fat carried through the blood stream by lippoproteins. High density lippoproteins (HDL-good), carries bad cholesterol away, LDL sticks to artery walls- atherosclerosis (an ageing process)
