Trophoblast's differentiation
(1) Cyto-trophoblast: Line Embryo (2) Syncytio-trophoblast: Erodes uterine wall, secretes hCG = Release of Oestrogen and Progesterone from the corpus luteum until the placenta takes over.

Gastrulation: Formation of brain, spinal cord and heart.

Germ Layers
(1) Ectoderm: Skin, NS, Eyes. (2) Mesoderm: Heart, CS, Muscles, Bones, Kidneys, RS. (3) Endoderm: Lungs, GI tract and Bladder

Neurulation: Neural tube closes; Anterior first then posterior.

Hair, Vernix Caseosa covering body. Quickening occurs.

Myelination of spinal cord. Bone marrow is the only site of hematopoiesis.
