Body compostion
In physical fitness, body composition is used to describe the percentages of fat, bone, water and muscle in human bodies. To test you would do a body mass index (bmi) test

Strength
The ability to carry out work against a resistance. To test you would do a handgrip test

Power
Strenth x Speed. To test you would do a vertical jump or standing long jump.

Agility
The ability to change direction at speed while maintaining control. To test this you would do a Illinois agility test.

Flexibility
The range of movement at a joint. To test you would don the sit and reach test

Balance
The ability to stay upright or stay in control of body movement while maintaining centre mass. To test you would do the standing stalk test

Coordination
The ability to move two or more body parts under control, smoothly and efficiently. To test you would do the ball throw test

Cardiovascular Endurance
The ability for the lungs, heart and blood vessels to supply a sufficient amount of oxygenated blood to working muscles. To test this you would do a multi stage fitness test.

Muscular endurance
The ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time. To test this you would also do a sit up test

Reaction Time
The length of time taken for a person or system to respond to a given stimulus or event. To test this you would do a ruler drop test.

Speed
The rate at which someone or something moves or operates or is able to move or operate. To test this you would do a 30 meter sprint test.

Continuous training
Continuous training is a form of exercise that is performed at a 'continuous' intensity throughout and doesn't involve any rest periods.

Interval Training
Interval training is a type of training that involves a series of low to high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

Fartlek Training
Form of continuous training but the pace is changed throughout

Resistance (Weight) Training
Resistance training is a form of exercise (using free weights or resistance machines) that improves muscular strength and endurance.

Circuit Training
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.
