What is the Corpus Luteum?
Area left by ova after ovulation and secretes oestrogen and progesterone for 14 days.

A blood and nerve supply. A venous and lymphatic drainage.

A discharge of blood from the uterus at approx 4 week intervals, commencing at puberty until menopause.
