Where the verb doesn't match the subject ('I Be' , 'Harpo Say')

Uninflected Verbs
Inflection means the give the verb a regular ending. An Uninflected verb is a verb with an irregular ending.

Omission of the auxillary verb 'to be'
Be, am, are, is, was, were, been, being. An auxiliary verb is a helping verb

Initial Vowel Omission
Leaving out the vowel at the start of a word

Altered Syntax in Questions
When the order of words in a question is non-standard
