lower your bad cholesterol and higher your good cholesterol just as well as protect your hear

lower bad cholesterol and prevent heart disease

Red meats and full fat milk and butter

Completely unhealthy, raises bad cholesterol and lowers good cholesterol

Fried foods and baked goods

How do we solve these problems
We eat fish two times a day, replace butter with vegetable oil switch from full fat milk to skimmed, stop eating too much red meats and start eating poultry WITHOUT skin
