What is a family?
A family is a social institution consisting of a group of people who are related by kinship ties, namely relations of blood, marriage or adpotion.

A household simplly means one person living alon or a group of people who live at the same address sharing living arrangements.

Marriages are arranged by parents to match their children with someone of a similar background and status. Found in Indian subcontinent and Muslim, Sikh and Hundu minorities in the UK

Marriage to more than one partner at the same time

One husband nd 2 or more wives. Found in Islamic countries like Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

One wife and two or more husbands. Found in Tibet, among the Todas of southern India and the Marquesan
