Could lead to heart problems meaning you cannot participate, obesity means you don't have the energy to participate, self-conscious about your body, limited on the type of activity because of weight, not fit enough, laziness, lack of mobility/speed

Play better, more strength/speed, more energy, recover faster, mask injury, increase red blood cells, calms/relaxes, speeds reations

High blood pressure, acne, more aggression, addiction, anxiety, depression, can lead to being banned, labelled as a cheat by others, affects gender characteristics, heart disease, kidney/ internal organ damage infertility
