Damp, overcrowding and lack of heating in winter can make children more likely to bronchial problems such as coughs and asthma.

Children who eat too many convenience foods won't get the nutrients they need to grow. Diets high in sugar, salt and fat lead to obesity, diabetes and heart disease.

If parents smoke then the children are passive smokers. smoking can lead to bronchial promblems such as coughs or asthma.

Children who lack clean clothes and whose parents do not set good hygiene examples are at risk of disease as germscan spread through cross infection. they may also be excluded from play.

Children who live in cities may be exposed to exhaust fumes from cars, and those who live in a farming county may be exposed to chemicals spreayed on nearby land.

6- Lack Of Fresh Air and Exercise
Living in a city and/or a high-rise flat means it is more difficult to get outside and exercise. Lack of exercise is a factor in obesity, and lack of outdoor play can result in vitamin D defficiency.

There are advantages to having pets, but poor pet hygiene in the family can spread diseases. remember too that some people are allergic to animals.
