Dukkha Dukkha
Ordinary suffering. The physical and mental sufferings of birth, aging and illness. It is frustration. Animals understand Dukkha Dukkha

Dukkha Anicca
Impermanence, suffering produced by change. e.g. Kisagotomi. Gross and momentary change. Mandalas illustrate this.

No fixed self. There Is no 'I am' or a self.
