How is Clark & Well's model different from Rapee & Heimberg's model?
R & H add in notion of attentional bias for external threat cues (e.g. laughing). It's a comparison of mental representation of self as seen by others versus expected audience standard.

Good evidence that CBT works, supporting the core predictions of the cognitive model of social phobia. Preliminary evidence that CBT works by changing the content of socially phobic cognitions. CBT is the treatment of choice.
