Real life applications
If a study can be applied to real life or not, usually good if it can.

Demand characteristics
When a person realises the intention of the study and just 'goes along' with it

Ethical issues
If participants are deceived in a study or are put under any kind of stress, the study has ethical issues.

Individual differences
Each participant is their own person, even if they are similar, therefore not every one person will react the same to a situation.

Cultural differences
If it is carried out on just one group of culturally similar people, the results would differ from a group of people from a range of cultures

Correlation, not causation
Can argue with some studies that the conclusion they came to is a correlation to something but not a causation, which makes it less useful.
