What are the official statistics for Blacks and Asians in prison?
Black people make up 2.8% of population, but 11% of prison population. Asians make up 4.7% of the population, but 6% of the prison population.

What are victim surveys, their uses and their limitations?
They ask individuals what crimes they have been a victim of in the past 12 months. They show that most crime is intra-ethnic. However, they rely on victim's memory, only cover personal crime, exclude under 16s, and disclude corporate crime.
