Give 3 reasons why men are more important than women:
Eve messed up first in the story of Genesis. Men were created first, and women were only created to accompany men. God is a 'He', meaning that men are as important as God.

Why is family important to Christians?`
"be fruitful and multiply" Genesis 1:31 - some philosophers such as Aquinas argue that the purpose of life is to reproduce, and Jesus' mother Mary was given special praise, showing the importance of motherhood to Christians.

Why do Christians get married?
Obedience to God- Proverbs 18:22 "he who finds a wife finds what is good", as well as a lifelong commitment to somebody. They also may get married in order to extend the family "be fruitful and multiply" Genesis 1:31

How does marriage show Christian beliefs?
Ceremony takes place in a church- getting married in "God's house". The couples say their vows - willing to make promises and commitments in the presence of God, and the giving of the rings symbolises the the unending nature of of the love they share
