That he thought the uprising was a good thing - it's the way the pigs go about taking control which he's criticising.

"with one accord" and chase Jones from the farm. Then they destroy the symbols of their oppression.

If the animals don't understand the principle, they won't be able to uphold them - the ruling pigs will be able to change Animalism as they please.

What is suspected by the reader when the milk goes missing? What does this show?
That the pigs are responsible. That the pigs are already putting themselves before the others. It also shows how trusting the other animals are because they don't confront the pigs.

Finish the sentence... Orwell hasn't said that Animalism is going to go horribly wrong , but...
he introduces enough doubt in the first two chapters to make us think its not going to be easy.
