What is the Manhunt about?
It is written from the perspective of the wife of a solider who has substained serious injuries at war and has returned home

It is made up of a series of couplets that mostly dont rhyme. This creates a sense of fragmentation which matches the feeling of the soliders wife as she tries to figure out who her husband has become

It has puns, the title. This represnts that it is the wofes search for her husband that she knew well but who seems lost to her after his experience with war

It uses a metaphor, "blown hinge". Her husband is no longer open to her or that he cant express his feelings about his experiences

It is about his experinces at war and about the impact it has on the persons life, "a sweating, unexploded mine buried deep in his mind." It can cause problems at any time
